Privacy policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Arovan ("we", "us") collects through arovancorp.com, why we collect it and what rights you have. If you have questions, email hello@arovancorp.com.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, work email, company, country, the service you are interested in, budget range and your message.
  • Email: anything you send us directly.
  • Website tools: the AI assessment and cost estimator run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to include them in a message.
  • Preferences: your colour theme and currency choice are stored in your own browser only.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals you ask for.
  • To run a project with you once you become a client.
  • We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data because you asked us to respond (legitimate interest and steps before a contract). Client data is processed to perform our contract with you.

Who processes it

We use trusted providers to host this website, deliver form messages and run email. They process data only on our instructions. Some providers may store data outside your country; where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as required by contract, tax and accounting law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email hello@arovancorp.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and least-privilege permissions to protect the data we hold.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
